International returns and exchanges cannot be processed through our Online Returns Portal. Please email customersupport@aramintajames.com with your order number and reason for your return. We will respond with further information regarding the returns process.

Change of Mind Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our garments and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept your return for the following options:

  • Exchange of size
  • Exchange of item 
  • Store Credit to purchase a new item at a later time. Credit notes will be emailed to you as a Gift Card, and do not expire.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached and garment bags supplied.
  • Returns must be lodged online within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Your return may be rejected if your return does not meet our policy.

Return Shipping

For all international orders purchased through our Australian website (www.aramintajames.com.au) and shipped internationally, returns will be at the expense of the customer. Please ensure that your return postage is tracked as we are not liable in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel.

Discount Codes

Discount codes have no cash value and if a return is made, your credit will be the amount you paid after any discounts or shipping.

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event of a fault or defect, we kindly ask you to email customersupport@aramintajames.com with images and a description of the fault. Faulty garments are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please note:

  • Items damaged by incorrect garment care or general wear and tear are not considered faulty.
  • We classify an item as faulty if it arrives damaged or if a fault occurs within 3 months of the order date. Damage beyond 3 months is considered normal wear and tear.
