All Australian returns and exchanges must be processed via our Online Returns Portal. Please read the Terms and Conditions below, before processing your return.

Change of Mind Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our garments and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept your return for the following options:

  • Exchange of size
  • Exchange of item

  • Store Credit to purchase a new item at a later time. Credit notes will be emailed to you as a Gift Card, and do not expire.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached and garment bags supplied.
  • Returns must be lodged online within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Your return may be rejected if your return does not meet our policy.

Return Shipping

A $10 handling fee applies to all returns to cover shipping expenses. For Exchanges, the $10 handling fee will be charged at the time the return is processed. For Store Credits, this fee will be deducted from the Gift Card value at the time the return is completed. 

Discount Codes

Discount codes have no cash value and if a return is made, your credit will be the amount you paid after any discounts and shipping. 

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event of a fault or defect, we kindly ask you to email customersupport@aramintajames.com with images and a description of the fault. Faulty garments are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please note:

  • Items damaged by incorrect garment care or general wear and tear are not considered faulty.

  • We classify an item as faulty if it arrives damaged or if a fault occurs within 3 months of the order date. Damage beyond 3 months is considered normal wear and tear.
