All Australian and international orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Australian orders over $200 AUD receive free Australia Post Express shipping.

International orders over $500 AUD receive free Australia Post shipping. 

 

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING CUT-OFF DATES & RETURN POLICY

Order by the below dates to ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas:

  • Parcel Post (All other states): Order by Friday, 20th December
  • Parcel Post (WA & NT): Order by Monday, 16th December
  • Express Post (All other states): Order by Monday, 23rd December
  • Express Post (WA, NT & TAS): Order by Friday, 20th December
  • International Orders: (NZ ): Order by Monday, 16th December
  • International Orders: (UK, USA): Order by Thursday, 12th December

 

Extended Christmas Returns
For all full-price orders placed from December 1st, we are pleased to offer an extended returns period. You can submit returns until 9th January 2025.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

When you make a purchase from Araminta James, you are liable for any additional duties. Please take this into account when placing your order.

Delivery is stated in business days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday and all orders received before 10am AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day*. 

*Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.

Please note, Araminta James is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. These timeframes are not guaranteed, however these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Please be advised that all international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties must be paid by the customer once the parcel reaches its destination. When you make a purchase from Araminta James, you are liable for any additional duties and taxes charges, so please take this into account when placing your order.

Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout for AU & NZ.
Note for other international customers - please check your local tax and duty rates as they may be charged separately prior to delivery - a $80AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund if duties are refused and goods returned to us.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:

  • The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia
  • Duties charged for processing by your country

Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority and may vary from country to country. Araminta James, being an Australian company, has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable to the receiver. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia. Araminta James does not offer any assistance with this process and will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international returns.
